Models
As a goal for 2023, SBDA Consultants will develop modern reinforced concrete house designs to provide the Puerto Rican market with a solution to the housing shortage. Our value proposal will be:

We will provide the permits, materials, and labor for each model. Our plans are certified by OGPE.
Kelly Model
The Kelly model has a modern façade where from the main entrance, you can see the exit to the patio with 12' ceilings in those areas and 9' high in the room areas. The house has approximately 1,512 square feet, consisting of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry, and a single or double garage.
Materials
The materials are high quality; the house is made of reinforced concrete, PVC kitchen cabinets, and main window frames with heavy material.
Current Project
The Ceiba town project comprises seven plots of over 600 square meters each. Our models are designed to consider our clients' needs to turn their homes into pleasant places to rest.
